Richard R. Cooch
Richard R. Cooch was a judge on the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware.[1] He was appointed in 1992 by former governor Michael N. Castle.[2]He retired from the court on December 31, 2019.[3]
Education
Cooch earned his B.A. from Williams College in 1970, and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1973.[2]
