Roger Cosbey
Roger Cosbey was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He was first appointed to a renewable eight-year term as a magistrate judge in 1990.[1] He was reappointed in 1998, 2006 and 2014.[2] Judge Cosbey retired from the bench on January 15, 2015.[3]
Education
Judge Cosbey received his B.A. degree from Western Michigan University in 1972 and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo in 1975. He is also a 1987 graduate of the Indiana Judicial College.[1]
