Primary: She was defeated in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 8.0 percent of the vote. She competed against Phyllis Balzer Beardmore, Mike Jacobs (Maryland), Michael J. Ragland, Sr., Alan Rzepkowski, Valerie Vollmers, and incumbent Judges Judith L. Duckett and Nancy Phelps. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats.
