Sadzi Martha Oliva (Republican Party) was a member of the Illinois Commerce Commission. Oliva assumed office on January 17, 2017. Oliva left office in 2021.

Oliva was appointed to the commission by Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner (R) on January 17, 2017, and confirmed by the Illinois State Senate on October 25, 2017.[1][2][3] She resigned in March 2021 to take a position with United Scrap Metal, Inc.[4]

Before she was appointed to the Illinois Commerce Commission, Oliva served as general counsel for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). She previously worked as an ethics officer, as an administrative law judge, and as the chief of medical prosecutions for the IDFPR. Oliva also worked as the chief administrative law judge for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and served as the chair of the Illinois Governor's Office Administrative Hearings Review Committee.[1][4]
