Stacy J. Louser is Judge No. 4 for the North Central Judicial District in North Dakota. She was appointed to the court in 2014 by Governor Jack Dalrymple (R) to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of William W. McLees, Jr. Louser was elected to a full six-year term on November 8, 2016.[1][2][3]
Biography
Louser received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota in 1996. She went on to earn a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2007.[1]

There were four contested races that appeared on the ballot for the general election on November 8, 2016. Two of the contested races had open seats where the sitting judge did not seek re-election.
