Stephen R. Rice

Stephen R. Rice is a former associate judge on the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois.[1]
Rice was reappointed for a four-year term in 2011 and again in 2015.[2][3] Rice retired on December 7, 2018.[4]
