Timothy J. Martin is a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since November 8, 2005.[2][3]

Education

Martin received his undergraduate degree in modern language from Loyola College, Baltimore in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1975.[2]
