Vermont's Second Referendum under 1846 Act Relating to Licensing Innkeepers and Retailers (1848)
The Second Referendum under 1846 Act Relating to Licensing Innkeepers and Retailers, also known as Second Referendum under 1846, was on the 1848 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. This referendum reversed Act 24, allowing alcohol licenses to be issued to innkeepers and retailers.[1]
