The New Mexico Referendum: School Fund Levy, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 4, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The referendum would have repealed the state levy for the school fund.[1]
