A Clark County Electrical Aggregation Measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Clark County.
This measure was defeated
- YES 10,743 (42.62%)
- NO 14,466 (57.38%)

This measure sought voter approval of aggregating electrical services in the county. Three cities, Springfield, Catawba and Tremont had already agreed to electrical aggregation and the county hoped that this measure will be approved so the unincorporated areas would also be a part. If approved, FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. would have aggregated the electricity for all in the county for nine years, leading to a proposed 6 percent decrease in electricity costs. Those who wanted to could opt out of the aggregation after three years.[2]
