A Toltec School District Budget Override Continuation measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Toltec school district area, which is in Pinal County.

This measure was defeated

This measure sought to allow the school district to go over its maintenance and operational budget by 15 percent for a further six years in order to help pay for general operations of the school facilities. An increased levy would have also been added to local property taxes, $.71 per $100 of assessed property value.[2]
