Colin R. Gibb was a circuit court judge for the 27th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was appointed to the court in 1994.[2] He was re-elected on January 26, 2010, by the Virginia General Assembly for an eight-year term.[3] Gibb retired on July 1, 2015.[2]
Education
Gibb received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Richmond.[4]
