Elizabeth Sheree Morris is a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland. Gov. Larry Hogan (R) appointed Morris to the court September 21, 2018, effective immediately.[1]

Education

Morris obtained a B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.[1]

Career

Morris previously served as an attorney for the National Security Agency. She worked as an assistant attorney general for eight years. She also formerly worked for the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.[1]
