Michael Cantrell is a judge on the 19th Judicial District in Fairfax County, Virginia. He joined the court in July 2016.[1]

Biography

Cantrell received a bachelor's degree in social work from James Madison University and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 1988. He began working as a sole practitioner in January 1989.[1]

In April 2017, Judge Cantrell was cited for driving under the influence. On May 10, he was removed from presiding over all cases involving drunken-driving.[2]
