Biography
Manheim works as an architect. He also works as a substitute teacher at St. Charles North High School for Architecture, Engineering and Physics. He is a board member of the Wildrose Home Owners Association and a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau. Manheim earned his bachelor's degree in architectural studies from Southern Illinois University and his master's degree in architecture from Louisiana State University. He and his wife have one child.[1]

Hewell, Judith McConnell and Nicholas P. Manheim were on the ballot. They for ran for re-election against the following six challengers: Stephen Bruesewitz, Rick Leidig, Lori Linkimer, Jennifer Ann Reeder, Michael A. Vyzral and Lowell Yarusso. Incumbents Hewell and Manheim won their bids for re-election. Linkimer won the third seat.

Kane County was home to 523,643 residents in 2013, according to the United States Census Bureau.[6] During the 2011-2012 school year, St. Charles Community Unit School District 303 was the 15th-largest school district by enrollment in Illinois and served 13,672 students.[7]
