The Hawaii Voting Age, Amendment 3, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 7, 1972, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed one new addition to the constitution: Article II, Section 1. The amendment proposed to change the voting age.[1]
