Debbie Larson
Debbie Larson is an at-large incumbent on the Franklin Board of Education in Wisconsin. She first joined the board in 2003.[1]
Larson sought another term in the general election on April 5, 2016.[2] She successfully won another term on the board.[3]

Three of the seven seats on the Franklin Public School District school board were up for at-large general election on April 5, 2016.[4] Incumbents Alan Aleksandrowicz and Debbie Larson and challenger Meenakshi (Sonali) Ghosh ran unopposed and won the election.[2]
The third seat up for election was held by incumbent Melissa Klein. She filed noncandidacy paperwork, indicating she would not run for re-election. Her absence in the election guaranteed Ghosh won a seat on the board.[2]

Funding
Larson filed an exemption statement detailing that she would not spend or receive more than $2,000 toward her campaign. Because of this, she did not have to file additional campaign finance reports for this election.[5][6]
