David L. Mackey is the presiding judge for Division 1 of the Yavapai County Superior Court in Arizona.[1][2] Since January 7, 2011, Mackey has served as presiding judge of the Yavapai County Superior Court.[3] He was appointed by Governor Jane Dee Hull in December 2001.[4] He was re-elected in 2014.[5] His term expired on January 6, 2019.[6]

Mackey was re-elected to the Yavapai County Superior Court after running unopposed.[8]

Mackey earned a B.S. with honors from Northern Arizona University. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1982.[4]
