Thomas W. Bibus
Thomas W. Bibus is a First Judicial District judge for Goodhue County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position on July 10, 2000, and was elected to full terms in 2002 and 2008.[1]
He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[2]

Bibus received a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1970, an M.B.A. degree (in management) from the University of Saint Thomas in 1978, and a J.D. degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 1979.[1]
