Biography
Kirschner graduated from Florida State University and earned his J.D. from Hofstra University.[1][2]
Prior to his appointment in 2016, Kirschner had served for 17 years in the Bronx County district attorney's office. His professional experience also includes work in private practice and as a principal court attorney in the Bronx County Supreme Court.[1]
