Biography
Axel Roque Gracia was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. He earned a bachelor's degree in education with a concentration in history from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico in 2007 and a graduate degree in educational leadership from the National University College. His career experience includes working as a teacher and insurance agent. He previously served in the Naranjito Legislature.[1]
