James Engel

James Engel was a Democratic candidate for Wisconsin State Senate District 23 in the recall election against incumbent Sen. Terry Moulton. While he ran as a Democrat, Engel is actually a Republican and ran as a protest candidate in order to ensure a Democratic primary would be necessary.
