Michael A. Sabiston

Michael A. Sabiston was the chief district court judge for the 19B Judicial District, serving Montgomery, Moore, and Randolph counties of North Carolina. He was appointed to the court by former Governor James G. Martin on March 23, 1992 and was elected for five consecutive terms. Sabiston was appointed chief district court judge on January 1, 2009.[1] He retired from the court on August 31, 2012.[2][3]
Education
Sabiston received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law.[4]
2010 election
Sabiston was re-elected to the 19B Judicial District after running unopposed.[5]
