Brian David Green is an associate judge for the Tenth District Court in Carroll County, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on December 28, 2012 and assumed office on February 8, 2013.[1][2] His current term expires in 2023.[3]

Green received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Bethany College in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1987.[1][2]
