Kate P. Sergerstrom was a judge for the Superior Court of Tuolumne County in California. She was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown on December 4, 2013 to replace Eric L. DuTemple, officially joining on December 20, 2013. She retired from the court effective January 31, 2022.[1] She was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in January of 2021.[2][3][4]
