Campaign website
Mayo's campaign website stated the following:
I am running for County Council because I believe our district deserves leadership that is informed by real-world experience, grounded in service, and committed to equity and accountability. My goal is to bring a practical, community-centered perspective to county government—one that prioritizes public health, responsible stewardship of county resources, and meaningful investment in our neighborhoods.
This Campaign is about the average everyday person like us in district, we are focusing on affordability with housing with a special focus on seniors, improving the lives of children, and dealing with homelessness county wide, There is much to improve in our county, our current jail plan has not been thought through and could use insightful improvement. As your district representative I may only be one voice, but I will be the loudest voice in the room advocating for you... so come and join me Vote for me in the May 5th Primary Election. Together we can improve our county one vote at a time.
