The New Jersey Public Question No. 3 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment allowed applicable shareholders of a cooperative or mutual housing corporation to receive property tax deductions for veterans and/or the elderly and disabled.[1]
