The New Hampshire Residency Requirement for Senate Amendment, also known as Question 4, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1966, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. This measure proposed to reduce the residency requirement for a state senator from seven to four years.[1]
