The Georgia Personhood Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Georgia as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have extended state recognition of a human person’s “right to life” to human fetuses.[1]

The proposed amendment was introduced into the Georgia Legislature as SR 420.[1]
