Mandatory retirement age for Virginia judges could increase

Virginia: A bill to raise the mandatory age of retirement for judges from 70 to 73 is currently being considered by the Virginia Senate. The Virginia Supreme Court supports the bill, which has been assigned to the House Appropriations Compensation and Retirement Subcommittee.[1]
