The Maryland Legislative Term Limits Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have imposed a three term limit on all state legislators.[1]

The amendment was introduced into the Maryland Legislature as House Bill 164.[1]

The Maryland Legislature adjourned on April 7, 2014, without approving the amendment.[2]
