An Agate School District Levy Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Agate school district area, which is in Elbert County.

This measure was defeated[1]

This measure sought to increase the current school district levy by 7 mills for a further four years in order to maintain school programs and pay operational costs of the district.[2]

Current Statewide

A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[3]
