A Norton Shores City Public Safety Implementation measure was on the February 22, 2011 ballot in the township of Egelston, which is in Muskegon County.

This measure was approved

  • NO 2,157[1]

This measure sought to amend the city charter so that a dedicated levy for public safety could be implemented in the city. The levy will be at a rate of 2 mills and will be in place for a period of 10 years.[2]
