This measure sought to issue a bond and implement a levy set at a rate of 3.2 mills for nearly eleven years. The bond money would have gone towards facility improvement costs, renovations and upgrades as needed throughout the district. officials noted that most of the school buildings are out of date and this bond would have allowed them to be up to date with new technology and other needed items.[2]
