Stark County Electrical Aggregation Question (March 2012)
A Stark County Electrical Aggregation Question was on the March 20, 2012 ballot in Stark County.
This measure seeks to allow county officials to aggregate electricity within the county in order to negotiate lower rates for those who participate in the program. County officials have already entered into an agreement with another electricity provider in case the measure does get approved.[1]
