The Montana "Dark Money" Initiative was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute. The measure would have required 501(c)4 organizations, also known as "Dark Money" groups, to reveal donor information.[1]

The measure was filed by Brian Leland.[2]
