Harvey Yates
Harvey Yates was a judge of the First Circuit of Arkansas. He was appointed by Governor Beebe to finish the term of suspended judge L.T. Simes, II,[1] however, Yates retired from the post effective February 1, 2010 because he could not receive retirement pay while acting as judge.[2]
