Bernard Parks
Bernard Parks is a former member of the Los Angeles City Council in California, representing District 8 from 2003 to 2015.
Before becoming a member of city council, Parks served as the Chief of Police in Los Angeles from 1997 to 2003.[1]
Biography
Parks holds a B.S. from Pepperdine University and an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California. His professional experience includes working as a police officer in Los Angeles from 1965 to 2003.[1]
