Scarborough ran for election to the Bernalillo Metropolitan Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 3, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 48.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Michelle Castillo Dowler. [1][2] 

Career

Scarborough is an attorney at his own firm. Prior to this, he worked as a public defender.[3]
