Carol Loftus Miller was a 2013 candidate for the Adams County Magisterial District in Adams County, Pennsylvania.[1][2][3]

2013 election

Miller ran for a six-year term on the Adams County Magisterial District. She faced Kevin Robinson, Matthew R. Harvey, and Tracy M. Sheffer in the May 21st primary. She lost, receiving 10.90 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary.[1][2][3][4]
