Cristina Rivera Correa is a judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida. She assumed office in 2020. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Rivera Correa won re-election for judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

She was appointed to the county court by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on June 24, 2020, to replace Zachary James.[1]

Education

Rivera Correa earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Florida International University.[1]

Career

At the time of her appointment to the Miami-Dade County Court, Rivera Correa had worked as an Assistant School Board Attorney for the Miami-Dade County School Board since 2013. She previously served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Florida 11th Circuit Court.[1]
