Biography

Curtis Parrish earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law. Parrish's professional experience includes serving as a legislative aide to Robert Duncan, a former state senator, and as committee clerk for the Juvenile Justice and Family Issues Committee of the Texas House of Representatives.
