Fred Wellmann
Fred Wellmann was a judge of the Third Judicial District in Mower County, Minnesota. Governor Jesse Ventura appointed him to this court on November 9, 2000, and he was elected in 2002 and 2008. After his retirement in 2014, Wellmann served as a senior judge.[1][2][3]
Education
Wellmann earned his B.S. in biology and urban studies from Mankato State University in 1967. He received his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1974.[1]
