Frederick J. Marshall
Frederick J. Marshall (Republican Party) was a judge of the New York Supreme Court 8th Judicial District. He left office in 2021.

Marshall ran for re-election to the Supreme Court, 8th District.
General: He faced John J. DelMonte, E. Jeannette Ogden, Dennis E. Ward, Paul B. Wojtaszek, Daniel J. Furlong, Mary Slisz and fellow incumbent Donna M. Siwek in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 11.0 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for five open seats.

Education
Marshall received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1976 and his J.D. from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law in 1979.[2]
Career
Marshall began his career in 1980 as a self-employed attorney with the firm of Kobis and Marshall. He worked in this capacity through 2000. He also worked as an Aurora Town prosecutor from 1984 to 1988 and then as an Erie County legislator from 1989 to 2000. In 2001, he was elected to the supreme court.[2]
