Gary Tapp (b. December 29, 1953) was a Republican member of the Kentucky State Senate from 2003-2011. He represented the 20th District. Tapp served in the Kentucky State House from 1999 to 2002.

Tapp attended Southeast Christian College from 1972 to 1973.

Tapp has been Vice President/Co-Owner of WT's Electric City, Incorporated, since 1987.

Tapp did not run for re-election in 2010.

2006

On November 7, 2006, Tapp was re-elected to the 20th District Seat in the Kentucky State Senate. He had no opposition.[1] Tapp raised $94,433 for his campaign.<[2]
