I am a father of 3 wonderful kids. I choose to run in Ohio's 3rd district because I see the need for a change. I believe in the fact that all people should have a say in whats going on in congress.
I am personally passionate about:

1) Not having the government tell people what to do (Less Government).
2) Making sure that those in Washington are held accountable.
3) Make sure each person has a voice in Washington, by allowing them to see and hear their voice on each matter.
4) Not sitting at home while Americans are being taken advantage of and suffering.
5) Educating young minds.

6) People helping others.
I look up to my mother a lot in life. My mother taught me a lot in life, coming from a single parent household, I know the importance of treating people right and working hard for what you have in life. I like to think that I follow the examples of my mother and grandfather as they taught me to work hard and fight for what you believe in.
Truth and Transparency - A representative should be truthful and honest and be a straight shooter when it comes to the facts.
Honesty - If people can't trust that their representative isn't giving them the whole picture and being honest, then they lose trust.
The qualities that I possess that would make me a successful officeholder are:

I am open about how I feel about things going on. I believe in being honest with those around me. I stand up for what I believe in and will make sure that I do the same for those I represent. I am transparent with things going on around me.
To stand up for the people that voted for them.
To let the voices of the people be heard loud and proud.
I would like people to know that if you work hard, take the time to care for others, help others, that it's not all about yourself, but others.
The first historical event that happened in my life was when George Bush stopped in Marysville, on his train ride around the country when I was 4 years old and going to see him with my grandfather.
My first job was delivering newspapers in my local community. This helped me to really outgrow my inner shyness, it also taught me to go above and beyond for others. I delivered newspapers until I was 17.
I am an avid Dean Knootz fan and have been since I was a teenager. His creativeness in his books allow you to loose time and get deep into his books. My favorite book overall though is the 1611 KJV Bible.
Superman - I have a way of what ever comes at, to go through it with a strong will to survive and fight for what I believe.
A big struggle that I have had to face in life is some medical conditions that I have. I choose though to not let them keep me down and keep fighting each and every day. I have also had financial struggle's in life and have come out the other side stronger and more knowledgeable in finances and how to setup myself and others for success.
I believe that the districts should be drawn on a population based model. Where you take the amount of people and divide up each district by a certain percentage of the population, not have a city and county split up by 3 different districts.
The U.S. House of Representatives is unique due simply to the fact that it has the most elected members to its part of congress than any other part of America.
I perceive to the greatest challenge in the United States to not only the fact of the disinformation that is being faced each day from those in the media. People have the chance to step up in life and make real change by taking back the country. I want people to know that when I am elected the people will have more say. I do have to say a big challenge is the representatives we have now on either side of the aisle, they forgot that they work for the people and not for the big corporations.
I would like to be apart of the committee on Education, Housing, Judicial matters.
I feel like each representative should only be allowed to serve the following terms:

U.S. House - 4 terms (8 years)
U.S. Senate - 2 terms (12 years)

If the presidency has a term limit than those in congress should as well.
I have heard the stories from people who have been suffering for too long due to their kids and their education. A child shouldn't have to suffer and should be able to have the same education as the next child. I have also heard that due to the current situation that people are having a hard time in the community seeing their family members. It's disheartening to see people have to suffer because they are getting left behind.
