Biography

Ricardo Marrero Passapera earned a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations. He also earned a master's degree from the University of Alcalá in Madrid, Spain. His career experience includes lobbying in Congress for Puerto Rican Statehood, as the executive director of the Natural Resources Commission in the Puerto Rico Senate, as a legislative advisor to the Government Commission in the Puerto Rico Senate, and as a panelist at Noti Uno 630 and Radio Isla 1320.[1]
