Rick Miller (North Carolina)
Rick Miller was a 2016 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 12th Congressional District of North Carolina.[1] Miller was defeated by incumbent Alma Adams in the Democratic primary.[2]

Leon Threatt defeated Ryan Duffie and Paul Wright for the Republican nomination. The general election took place on November 8, 2016.[3]
