Biography
Sparkle Ashley was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She graduated from Messner High School and earned a bachelor's degree in behavioral science from Mount Mary University in 2010 and a master's degree in social work from Loyola University-Chicago in 2016. Her career experience includes working as a supervisor at Milwaukee Mental Health Associates and serving as the director of social services at The Bridges of Milwaukee Rehab and Care center.[1]
