Biography
Hines' professional experience includes working as a staff attorney at the Kentucky Court of Appeals. She served in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2013. Hines earned a bachelor's degree from Murray State University in 2006 and a J.D. from University of Kentucky in 2009.[1]
Hines is affiliated with the NRA, NAACP, and Lions Club.[1]

| Jenny Hines is a veteran who proudly served in the United States Air Force. She is also a legal veteran. While engaged in private practice she championed the cases of her clients and offered pro bono services to ensure those in need were not denied access to justice. Justice is the fair and impartial adjudication of claims by applying the law to the unique facts of a case. This means the law should be applied to each case without regard to race, gender, political affiliation, religion, or socio-economic status.
Jenny Hines has worked for the Court of Appeals for Judge Christopher "Shea" Nickell and Judge Donna Dixon. Jenny Hines enjoys seeing the difference the Court of Appeals makes in lives. It is her passion to take a more active role. She is uniquely qualified and has the readily transferrable skills to make this transition in a seamless fashion. She has the heart of a warrior and public servant and will fight for justice.
Jenny Hines is a Christian. She is an active member in a small church. She is involved in many professional and civic organizations to improve our Commonwealth.- I believe in justice. I am a veteran for justice.
